As a freelance Senior Art Director for Opus Agency, I led environmental and experiential design efforts for NetApp Insight 2025, the company’s flagship global conference hosted at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Collaborating closely with a Creative Director, Designer, Creative Producer, and Production Designer I was responsible for shaping the visual identity across key conference environments and ensuring flawless production delivery through vendors including SuperColor and Pinnacle.
I designed the Welcome Atrium and Entrance Windows, establishing the first impression of the attendee journey with large-scale graphics and architectural storytelling moments. I also developed a comprehensive system of wayfinding and meterboard templates based on show branding, providing scalable solutions for directional and informational signage throughout the venue.
A major highlight included the creation of custom Customer Posters for the NFL and 49ers collaboration area, as well as the Aston Martin Aramco Formula 1 activation—where I hand-illustrated select poster art to elevate the authenticity and craftsmanship of the space.
Additionally, I art directed and executed special event collateral, spanning DJ booth branding, menu signage, photobooth graphics, Pac-Man experience signage, and other environmental touchpoints. Acting as both designer and art director, I provided design feedback and quality control for a production designer to maintain consistency across all deliverables.
From concept through pre-production, I ensured every design adhered to NetApp’s brand vision and vendor specifications—delivering a cohesive, high-impact experience for thousands of attendees.
