Build your own Terrarium DIY Direct mail kit targeting marketing professionals

Grow Your Marketing Kit
This direct mail kit was created as a tool for business development to start a conversation with marketing directors, managers, and professionals not yet using Salesforce. 

Considering the emerging maker community and growing focus on DIY projects, the idea for a build-your-own terrarium kit was born. Each kit contained one glass terrarium, spray water bottle, four air plants, and two muslin bags containing moss and rocks. The kit also included a direction sheet and a Salesforce literature tool.

The kit focused on an organic theme, with hand drawn foliage, touches of ornate lettering, and recycled paper products. We also were proud that for each air plant purchased, money was donated to supporting education and sanitation in Guatemala. 

Total project budget and scope: $40K with a 600 piece send
Individual responsibilities: I was responsible for ideating and pitching ideas, working with print vendors to secure product quotes, designing direct mail elements, purchasing, and [light] copywriting.
