IndyGo Communication Strategy

Using human-centered design research methods, market research, and secondary sources, I established a deep understanding of the current public transportation economy in Indianapolis, Indiana. I interviewed bus riders, transportation officials, and city legislature, in addition to gathering statistical data and performing a quality management assessment. Using this information, I was able to develop a fully integrated communications campaign aimed at connecting supporters and policy makers through a combination of online organizing, media coverage, and advertising.
